This guide is designed to help you get the most out of your subscription
to CUES Online University. It provides:
- Suggestions on how to use CUES Online University as a training tool
- Ideas on how to internally market CUES Online University to your
employees
- Suggested employee curriculums
- Material to help you market your e-learning program to your employees
Most of these suggestions come from your peers - they illustrate how
other companies are using CUES Online University. But these are only suggestions.
You know what will work best with your employees. So use these suggestions
as a starting point and then use your creativity.
This guide is organized into 5 sections.
1. CUES Online University
as a Training Tool: This section discusses how to use our
service as a training tool. It discusses how our service can be used
for continuing education, for compliance training, for cross-training,
and for pre-training. It also provides information on how to track employee
training progress.
2. Using CUES Online
in Your Training Program: This section discusses how to incorporate
CUES Online into your training program and how to encourage employees to
use it.
3. Employee Curriculums:
This section provides suggested employee curriculums. This will help
your managers decide which courses are best for their employees.
4. Marketing Material:
This section will provide you with material that you can use when preparing
your internal marketing effort.
5. Information Resources:
This section describes CUES Online's comprehensive Web-based financial resources.
Subscribers can access the Training and Curriculum Guide online
or you can download the guide as a MS Word document. To begin, click on
